1、摘要摘要随着我国铁路第六次大提速的顺利实施,主要城市之间已经开行了200~250km/h动车组,为了在经济发达的城市之间开行快速式货物列车,形成我国铁路的货运快速运输网络,应开发适应快速运输的高速货车。高速货车的关键技术之一就是开发高速货车转向架。本文首先从悬挂系统原理和承载方式等方面介绍了国外高速货车转向架的种类、结构特点及应用,从而指出我国研制高速货车转向架的重要意义;然后,论述了高速货车转向架的基本原理和结构。最后,采用可靠性设计中的预防故障法对18t轴重160km/h的货车转向架结构参数进
2、行了设计优化,实现其可靠性定性设计;并采用可靠性设计中的模拟方法设计对货车转向架进行了多工况下的动态性能模拟和关键零部件的动、静强度分析,从而实现了货车转向架的可靠性定量设计,最终完成了高速货车转向架的可靠性设计。通过实际运行分析,本文设计的高速货车转向架的各项指标均能满足空重车160km/h的运行要求,为将来开行快捷货物运输奠定了基础。本文的研究成果对提高我国高速货车转向架的设计水平具有重要意义,其中转向架的轴箱弹性定位装置和中央橡胶弹簧的结构及参数设计方面具有独到的见解和创新。本文研究的转向架
