1、提要目的：分析比较非手术治疗和手术治疗对肱骨外科颈骨折在临床上的治疗效果方法：2010年7月～2011年9月收治60例肱骨外科颈骨折患者，分为AB两组，A组30例，B组30例。A组采用手法整复并小夹板外固定术治疗方案，B组采用切开复位内固定术治疗方案。临床随访6个月~11个月,平均随访时间为8.6个月。观察两组治疗前一般情况，定期X线片复查。观察肱骨外科颈骨折愈合以及检查术后患肢功能恢复情况。结果：术后AB两组骨折全部骨性愈合。按Constant和Murley肩关节功能评分标准,A组：优13例，良10例，可5例，差2例，优良率为76.67%；B组：
