2、gicaltreatmentandsurgicaltreatment.Methods：FromJuly2010toSeptember2010,60patientswithsurgicalneckofhumerusfractureweredividedintotheABtwogroups,30casesinAgroupand30casesingroupB.Manipulativereductionwithexternalsplintsfixationwasadministratedtothecasesofgro
3、upA,and,operationwasadministratedtothecasesofgroupB.Thesepatientswerefollowedupfrom6monthsto11monthswithanaveragetime8.6months.Toobservethegeneralsituationbeforetreatment,andX-rayre-inspectedregularly.Toobservethesurgicalneckofhumerusfracturehealingandtoche
4、cktherecoveryoflimbfunctionafteroperation.Results:AllfracturesbothofgroupAandBreachedbonehealingafteroperation.TheclinicalresultswereevaluatedwiththeConstantandMurleyshoulderfunctionscore.IngroupA,13casesachievedexcellentresult,10good,3fair,2failure,withthe
5、excellentandgoodrate76.67%.IngroupB,5casesachievedexcellentresult,14good,9fair,2failure,withtheexcellentandgoodrate63.33%.Conclusion：ThetreatmenteffectofManipulativereductionwithexternalsplintsfixationonSurgicalNeckoftheHumerusFracturethanoperationcanaccele
