2、elawfulrightsandinterestsoflendersandborrowers，guaranteethesafetyofcreditloanassets，enhancetheoverallbenefitofloanusageandpromotethecontinueddevelopmentofthesocialisteconomy.　　Article2　Theterm“lenders”intheseGeneralProvisionsshallrefertoChinese-investedfinancialorganizationse

3、ngagedinthelendingbusinessthatwerelawfullyestablishedinsidethePeople’sRepublicofChina.　　Theterm“borrowers”intheseGeneralProvisionsshallrefertolegalpersons，othereconomicorganizations，individualindustrialistsormerchantsornaturalpersonsthatobtainloansfromaChinese-investedfinanci

4、alorganizationengagedinthelendingbusiness.　　Theterm“loans”intheseGeneralProvisionsshallrefertomonetaryfundsthatalenderprovidestoaborrowerandtheprincipalofwhichistoberepaid，andinterestonwhichistoberepaidatanagreedrateandwithinanagreedtimelimit.　　Theterm“loancurrency”intheseGen

5、eralProvisionsshallincludeRenminbiandforeigncurrency.　　Article3　ThegrantinganduseofaloanshallconformtothelawsandadministrativeregulationsoftheStateandtheadministrativerulesandregulationspromulgatedbythePeople’sBankofChina，andshallrespecttheprinciplesofbeneficiality，securityan

6、dliquidity.　　Article4　Lendingandborrowingactivitiesbetweenaborrowerandalendershallabidebytheprincipleofequality，voluntariness，fairnessandhonestyandtrustworthiness.　　Article5　Inthedevelopmentoflendingbusiness，lendersshallabidebytheprincipleoffaircompetitionandcloseco-operation
