2、fulrightsandinterestsoflendersandborrowers，guaranteethesafetyofcreditloanassets，enhancetheoverallbenefitofloanusageandpromotethecontinueddevelopmentofthesocialisteconomy.　　Article2　Theterm“lenders”intheseGeneralProvisionsshallrefertoChinese-investedfinancialorganizationsengagedin

3、thelendingbusinessthatwerelawfullyestablishedinsidethePeople’sRepublicofChina.　　Theterm“borrowers”intheseGeneralProvisionsshallrefertolegalpersons，othereconomicorganizations，individualindustrialistsormerchantsornaturalpersonsthatobtainloansfromaChinese-investedfinancialorganizati

4、onengagedinthelendingbusiness.　　Theterm“loans”intheseGeneralProvisionsshallrefertomonetaryfundsthatalenderprovidestoaborrowerandtheprincipalofwhichistoberepaid，andinterestonwhichistoberepaidatanagreedrateandwithinanagreedtimelimit.　　Theterm“loancurrency”intheseGeneralProvisionssh

5、allincludeRenminbiandforeigncurrency.　　Article3　ThegrantinganduseofaloanshallconformtothelawsandadministrativeregulationsoftheStateandtheadministrativerulesandregulationspromulgatedbythePeople’sBankofChina，andshallrespecttheprinciplesofbeneficiality，securityandliquidity.　　Article

6、4　Lendingandborrowingactivitiesbetweenaborrowerandalendershallabidebytheprincipleofequality，voluntariness，fairnessandhonestyandtrustworthiness.　　Article5　Inthedevelopmentoflendingbusiness，lendersshallabidebytheprincipleoffaircompetitionandcloseco-operation，andmaynotengageinunfair
