1、提要目的：观察和评价针刺郄穴为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效，以期为临床寻找非手术疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法提供必要的临床依据。方法：将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为针刺郄穴组和针刺对照组各30例。郄穴组以针刺郄穴为主，对照组常规针刺。针刺2个疗程后观察患者的疗效，并记录治疗前后日本矫形外科学会的腰痛疾病综合判定标准（JOA评分）、视觉模拟量表（VAS评分），观察两组患者疼痛、生活能力的改善情况。结果：针刺郄穴组的疗效优于针刺对照组。两组患者治疗后的VAS评分、JOA评分与治疗前相比均有改善且针刺郄穴组优于针刺对照组，第二疗程的改善程度
