1、厦门大学硕士学位论文企业商业生态系统研究--以华为公司为例姓名：丁菲汶申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理(EMBA)指导教师：戴亦一2012-07摘要随着经济全球化与分工协作的加强，特别是随着供应链管理与外包的发展，任何企业不再是孤立的组织，而是与相关利益企业形成了错综复杂的商业网络。在这个网络中，以领导企业为中心，上下游企业、竞争者、替代者、顾客，共同组成一个类似于生物世界的生态系统。这就是20世纪末以来，企业管理界所形成的全新商业环境——商业生态系统。商业生态系统理论与以往的战略管理理论有很大区别，因为作为一个商业生态系统，其中的组成单元在考虑自身的同时，需要考虑整

2、个商业网络的发展，而以往的理论往往只关注自身，考虑最多的问题就是竞争策略问题。从世界500强企业来看，成功的企业往往具有良好的商业生态系统，而恶化的商业生态系统常常会带来整体性的灾难。企业要想在一个商业生态系统中如鱼得水，首先要认识自身在商业生态系统中的定位，然后识别并把握机会，以形成竞争优势，在环境的快速变化与竞争压力中生存下来。本文采用案例研究的方法，以华为公司为例，探讨其在商业生态系统中的角色与定位。作为一家成功的企业，华为公司在商业生态系统中的地位己由过去的初创期企业成长为世界级企业，尤如从寄生、共生上升到了捕食者。本研究深入分析了华为公司如何审视自己，在保持
