1、摘要面对全球能源危机和环境问题,汽车产业作为能源消耗大户和空气污染制造者,为应对这两大问题,除了对传统内燃机汽车进行改进达到节能减排,发展电动汽则更具有长远前景和重要意义。由于受到电池和电机技术的限制,电动汽车需要变速器来更好地满足汽车的动力性和经济性。随着电动汽车越来越全面的开发和广泛的应用,自动变速器则更具有优势,受到人们喜爱。论文以有级机械式变速器(AMT)为参考,设计纯电动汽车两挡自动变速器。两轴式变速器因为轴和轴承数少,所以具有结构简单、轮廓尺寸小和容易布置的特点,且中间挡位只经过一对齿轮传递动力,故传动效率高同时噪声也低。汽车采用前置前驱形式,同时考虑要求变速器的
2、整体尺寸较小,故变速器设计将采用两轴式变速器形式。根据电动汽车参数与性能要求,确定其驱动电机的转矩、转速和功率。纯电动汽车的动力来自车载式电源,而电池容量是有限的,所以提高汽车的续驶里程是十分必要的。本文以整车经济性最优为目标,在动力性约束条件下,采用我国检测用CYC.ECE.EUDC工况,运用进化算法对变速器传动比进行优化设计,使其消耗的电能最少。确定变速器布置形式与基本参数后,对变速器的传动机构、主减速器和差速器进行设计计算与校核,并对传动机构各零件进行建模与装配。关键词:纯电动汽车;自动变速器;传动比优化;传动机构;UGAbstractInthefaceoftheglo
