3、nalrectusmuscles,theZlinesdisappeared.CollagenfibrilswerehyperplasimMitochondriawereobviouslydecreasedinallspecimens.Thedensityofmyofilamentsbecamelowerbuttheindividualmyofilamentbecamethickerinunderactingmusclesofconcomitantstrabismus,whilethereisnoobviouschangesinoveractingmuscles.In
4、dividualmyofilamentfromgeneralextraocularmusclesfibrosiSsyndromebecamethinnerthannormalone.Theultrastructuralalterationsofparalyticspecimensweresimilartoconcomitantstrabismuswhiletheunparalyticspecimenswerealmostnormal.Themusclescamefromcongenitalgeneralfibrosisofextracularmusclessyndr
