1、实验性斜视猫模型tqt曼)b11/tNGF和Myf5表达变化研究摘要目的观察共同性外斜视猫模型内直肌神经生长因子(Nervegrowthfactor,NGF)和生肌调节冈子(myocytedifferentiatjOnfactor5,Myf5)表达变化及其与斜视时问的相关性,探讨共同性外斜视病因、发病机制。方法选择处于视觉发育敏感期内幼猫(4-6w)18只,随机分为实验组和对照组,根据斜视时间实验组分为A组(斜视1个月)、B组(斜视2个月)、C组(斜视3个月),每组各3只,对照组随机分为D、E、F组,每组各3只。通过外科手术的方法制作外斜视模型,分别于术后1个月、2个月、3个
