1、骨折内固定失败等原因剔除并及时进行增补。1.放射性(X线)检查:A组为空白组即生理盐水组骨折处骨痂生长一般。第二周大鼠骨折处骨折线较清晰,第四周大鼠骨折处骨折线模糊,第六周大鼠骨折处骨折线开始模糊消失并出现骨痂塑性,8周骨折基本愈合。B组为COX-2抑制组大鼠骨折处骨痂生长较空白组较晚,第四周大鼠骨折处骨折线出现模糊影不清,骨痂生长较空白组明显减少,第六周后骨折处骨折线已逐渐消失但仍可见骨痂的存在,术后第八周骨折处骨折愈合良好且骨折端骨痂吸收塑性等。COX-2抑制组短期(2.4周)及长期(6.8周)治疗骨折愈合较空白组差异显著(P<0.05)。C
