1、摘要摘要论文分别以壬基酚、壬基酚醛树脂、壬基酚胺树脂为起始剂合成了一系列起始剂头-EO两嵌段及起始剂头-EO-PO三嵌段聚醚类破乳剂产品,通过破乳性能测试得到合适的合成配比。实验结果表明,以壬基酚为起始剂的破乳剂合适的合成条件为:起始剂头中壬基酚:PO=1:59,起始剂头:EO=3:2,起始剂头:尾PO=2:3;以壬基酚醛树脂为起始剂的破乳剂合适的合成条件为:起始剂头中壬基酚醛树脂:PO=1:159,起始剂头:EO=2:1,起始剂头:尾PO=1:1;以壬基酚胺树脂为起始剂的破乳剂合适的合成条件为:起始剂头中壬基酚胺树脂:PO=1:59,起始剂
2、头:EO=3:2,起始剂头:尾PO=2:1。三嵌段破乳剂的脱水率优于两嵌段,以壬基酚胺树脂为起始剂的破乳剂产品的脱水率优于以壬基酚醛树脂为起始剂的产品,而以壬基酚醛树脂为起始剂产品的脱水率又优于以壬基酚为起始剂的产品。通过瓶试法筛选出性能较好的六个产品,选用永一油、坨二油,分别考察了破乳温度、破乳剂加量、破乳时间对破乳效果的影响,结果表明:永一油和坨二油的合适的破乳温度分别为55oC、65oC;合适的投加量都为125mg/L;合适的破乳时间分别为120min、240min。采用红外光谱法对性能较好的破乳剂进行表征,并测定了产品的浊点。研究了浊
