1、摘要信息是决定证券市场效率的核心因素，证券市场的经济功能在根本上就是信息功能，如何解决信息不对称问题，使证券市场从非有效市场走向有效市场，是证券市场制度设计的根本目的。从信息着手是提升证券市场效率的根本途径。本文通过借鉴通用的信息传递理论与模型，构建了证券市场信息传递模型。通过对证券市场信源、信道和信宿的界定和特征的描述，研究了证券市场信息主体的构成与证券市场信息传递的原理。论文分析了证券市场信息传递过程中供求各方的行为特点，探究了证券市场信息不对称的成因，提出了证券市场信息不对称的三类成因：第一类：基于信源产生的信息不对称，包括：选择性信息披露非及时信息披露，虚假信息披

2、露。第二类：基于信道传递过程的信息不对称，包括：信道传递时空延迟，信道技术手段延迟，信道传递信息变易(包括良性变异与恶性变异)。第三类：基于信宿能力的信息不对称。上述分类研究表明：信息不对称是永恒存在的，这是由信息传递过程中的信源、信道和信宿的特征与行为决定的。论文建立了基于证券市场信息不对称下的投资定价模型以及信息披露与监管之间的博弈模型，讨论了信息披露与监管双方的博弈，研究表明：加大对虚假信息披露的查处概率和处罚力度，加强证券市场信誉机制建设，仍然是晟有效的手段。根据本文建立的证券市场信息传递模型和信息不对称形成的机理和成因，分析了造成信息不对称的制度原因。通过对国内
