3、ndpropertiesofLDHs/SFCwasinvestigated.AndtheeffectoftheadditionamountofLDHs/SFCandthemLDHs/mSFConthepropertiesofEVA/LDHs/SFCflameretardantcompositeswasalsostudied.ThesynergisticflameretardanteffectofcoalandLDHswerefinallyillustrated.(1)Afterthemetalionswerefirstlyled

4、intotheporestructureandsurfaceofcoalbyimpregnationmethod,andthenLDHs/SFCwerepreparedbyusingcoprecipitationmethod.TheeffectofthemLDHs/mSFConthestructuralandpropertiesofLDHs/SFCwasinvestigatedbyXRD,FT-IR,SEMandTGanalysis.TheresultsshowedthatthecrystallinityofLDHsinLDHs

5、/SFCcompositesisreducedwiththedecreaseofthemLDHs/mSFC,buttheyhaveaveryregularlamellarstructure,andtheirgrainsizeweregreaterthanthatofpureLDHs.LDHsinLDHs/SFCareuniformlycoatedonthesurfaceofSFC,andpresentsa"approximatehexagonalflake"structure.Theorientationofnano-lamin

6、atetendstobeperpendiculartothecoalsurface.TheagglomerationphenomenonofLDHslaminatesgraduallydisappearwiththedecreaseofthemLDHs/mSFC.ThethermalstabilityofLDHs/SFCgraduallyimprovewiththe2-increaseofthemLDHs/mSFC.LDHsinLDHs/SFCcompositematerialisCO3type,theinteractionsb

7、etweencoalmacromolecularandhydrotalciteishydrogenbondformingfromcarboxylandotheracidicfunctionalgroupsofcoalandhydroxylofhydrotalcites.(2)EVA/LDHs/SFCretardantcompositeswerepreparedbyblendmethodonatwin-screwextruder,andtheeffectoftheadditionamountofLDHs/SFCandthemLDH
