1、新疆农业大学硕士学位论文多浪羊高繁殖力候选基因研究姓名：柳广斌申请学位级别：硕士专业：动物遗传育种与繁殖指导教师：买买提伊明·巴拉提20080601赫疆农、韭大学硕上学位论文摘要多浪羊是新疆地方优势绵羊品种，其具有体格大，生长速度快，产肉率高，肉质细嫩，胆固醇含量低等特点。一年两胎，产高率150％左右。寻找多浪羊多胎主效基因及其分子标记，对研究和利用多浪羊多胎性具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。本研究以227只高繁殖力多浪羊母羊为研究素材，选用骨形态发生蛋白IB(bonemorphogeneticproteinIBrecept

2、or，BMPR—IB)、骨形态发生蛋白15(bonemorphogeneticprotein15，BMPl5)、生长鉴别因子9(growthdifferentiationfactor，GDF9)基因多态性为研究内容，采用RCR—RFLP技术检测这些基因在高繁殖力多浪羊中的单核苷酸多态性，同时研究它们对多浪羊繁殖力的效应，探索这三个候选基因与多浪羊高繁殖力的关系。结果表明：BMPR—IB基因在多浪羊中存在多态性，共有3种基因型：船型(突变纯合子)、B+型(突变杂合子)、++型(野生型)。其中BMPR—IB基因的BB型突变纯合

3、子在多浪羊中属国内首次发现。3种基因型的基因型频率分别为：船型O．004，B+型0．167，++型O．828。两种等位基因B及+的基因频率分别为：0．088和O．912。经x2适应性检验BYff'R-IB基因位点在多浪羊中显著偏离Hard-Weinberg平衡(X2=401．0179，P
