1、新疆农业大学硕士学位论文多浪羊高繁殖力候选基因研究姓名:柳广斌申请学位级别:硕士专业:动物遗传育种与繁殖指导教师:买买提伊明·巴拉提20080601赫疆农、韭大学硕上学位论文摘要多浪羊是新疆地方优势绵羊品种,其具有体格大,生长速度快,产肉率高,肉质细嫩,胆固醇含量低等特点。一年两胎,产高率150%左右。寻找多浪羊多胎主效基因及其分子标记,对研究和利用多浪羊多胎性具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。本研究以227只高繁殖力多浪羊母羊为研究素材,选用骨形态发生蛋白IB(bonemorphogeneticproteinIBrecept
2、or,BMPR—IB)、骨形态发生蛋白15(bonemorphogeneticprotein15,BMPl5)、生长鉴别因子9(growthdifferentiationfactor,GDF9)基因多态性为研究内容,采用RCR—RFLP技术检测这些基因在高繁殖力多浪羊中的单核苷酸多态性,同时研究它们对多浪羊繁殖力的效应,探索这三个候选基因与多浪羊高繁殖力的关系。结果表明:BMPR—IB基因在多浪羊中存在多态性,共有3种基因型:船型(突变纯合子)、B+型(突变杂合子)、++型(野生型)。其中BMPR—IB基因的BB型突变纯合
