2、规病理染色的细胞分化程度、免疫组织化学染色计数MVD，TVmean与MVD行直线相关分析。结果HCC瘤体动脉TVmean与MVD呈直线相关，相关系数r=0．794，回归方程为Y=18．2764+1．5544x。依据TVmean>121．3cm／s计算低分化HCC的阳性预测值为97．4％，阴性预测值为87．5％；TVmean<21．3am计算高分化HCC的阳性预测值为88．5％，阴性预测值为97．3％；依据TVmean计算HCC细胞分化程度的可信度达89．5％。结论HCC瘤体动脉的TVmean可于术前估价瘤体的生长状态、细胞的恶性程度，为分析患者预后提供有
