2、bralapoplexytakes10%~25%ofallkindofcerebralapoplexies.Exceptforthehematoma,thedepravationofthediseaseisusuallyrelatedtothesecondarydamageofperihematomatissue,suchasinflammatoryresponse,cerebralischemia,energymetablicdisorderandtheinjuryofoxygenfreeradical.Inclinicalpractice,thereisnoeffect
3、ivemethodtocurethisdiseasebecauseofitscomplicatedetiology.Sivelestatsodium,asynthesisspecificmicromolecularneutrophilelastaseinhibitor,canattenuateacutelunginjury.Clinicalresearchesshowthatsivelestatsodiumcallreducetheinjuryofbronchoaepitheliaandvascularendothiliuaconductedbyactivatedneutr
