2、DL-ch)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL~h)和CRP水平。同期选取15例健康者作为对照组。结果①出院时辛伐他汀组与非辛伐他汀组的血浆CRP为(9．32~6．40)mg／L和(12．22~7．18)mgCL，显著低于人院时的(28．12~25．62)mg／L和(27．98~27．01)mg／L(P<0．01)；出院时辛伐他汀组血浆CRP亦显著低于非辛伐他汀组(P<0．01)。②据人院时血浆CRP水平，将急性脑梗死患者分为CRP高值组和低值组，出院与人院时比较，高值组和低值组血浆CRP均显著降低(P
