1、·中华中医药杂志，05期，pp1368-1371，2014/5/1·冠心病血瘀证Fisher函数诊断的临床研究孙安会袁肇凯*夏世靖张月娟（湖南中医药大学，长沙，410007）摘要：目的：结合临床指标进行冠心病血瘀证的计量诊断研究。方法：按冠心病血瘀证组68例、冠心病非血瘀证组64例及健康对照组64名，分别采集临床资料。运用逐步判别分析法对所有检测资料进行统计检验和判别分析，筛选判别指标，并建立各证型的Fisher判别函数；应用回代性检验和前瞻性检验以评价所建判别各证型Fisher函数的判别效果。结果：从血糖、血脂、血压、身体质量指数、心电图、冠状动脉造影等6类检测的

2、13项指标中筛选出胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、身体质量指数、QT离散度、JT离散度、Gensini积分等7项，建立冠心病血瘀证、冠心病非血瘀证与正常对照组的Fisher判别函数式，回代性检验符合率为92.35%，前瞻性检验符合率为83.33%。结论：所建立的Fisher判别函数能较准确地做出冠心病血瘀证的诊断，所入选的指标对深入研究冠心病血瘀证形成的机制有启示意义。关键词：冠心病血瘀证临床指标计量诊断Fisher判别式TheClinicalStudyofFisherfunctiondiagnosisontheBlood-StasisSyndrom
