2、ityinendometriosis;Methods:40femaleSprague-Dawleyrats(250~300g)weredevidedintotwogroupsaveragely.Theautotransplantionmodelofendometriosisatthemesenteryofoviductofratswasusedtoconstructthemodel,withthecontrolmodelreceivingonlyblanksutureincorrespondin
3、gsite.Twomonthslater,theratswerekilled,endometrioticvesicles,oviductinflammation,andcharacteristicendometrioticchangeswerepresentedinlesionsofoviductinlightmicroscope.ThechangesofmicroenvironmentinoviductsuchasCOX-2,iNOS,LPOandEstrogenwasdetectedbyim
4、munofluorescencestainingcombinedwithconfocallaserscanningmicroscopy;Results:1.Twomonthslater,vesiclespresentedintransplantationsiteofexperimentalrats,withthincysticwallandtransparentyellowcystfluid,andmesenteryofoviductwereinvadedbyvesicles.2.Themuco
5、salfoldsinlesionsofoviductweredisappeared,andendometrialglandswerefoundinmuscularlayer,withvariabledegreesoffibrosis,85%samplesweresuccessfullyconstructedintodesiredmodel.3.Inexperimentalgroup,thelevelsofCOX-2,iNOS,LPOandEstrogenofoviducttissueweresi
6、gnificantlyhigherthanthatofnormalcontrolgroup,withPvaluelessthan0.05;Conclusions:Theratmodelofendometriosisatthemesenteryofoviductbythismethod,conformstopelvicmicroenvironmentchangeinpatientswithendometriosis,andcanbeusedasanidealanimalmodeltoresearc
