4、searchontheclusterpolicyisneeded.Insteadofadoptingthetraditionalresearchparadigm,thispaperanalyzedfromtheangleof“endogenoustheory”,namelyenterprisetheoreticsystembasedontheviewofresourcesandability,todiscussthecultivationofcompetitiveadvantagesofindustrialcluster.Firstly,
