1、间皮细胞(PMC)增殖(p<0.05),加入微囊泡的实验组中VEGF浓度明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。并同时对两组腹膜间皮细胞行VEGF的mRNA表达情况行RT-PCR检测,发现加入微囊泡的实验组比对照组的表达是增高的。对皮下移植2周后取出的复合物染色显示,加微囊泡的实验组比对照组新生的微血管样结构的数量是明显增多的(p<0.05)。结论我们证实了人脐静脉内皮细胞来源的微囊泡能够促进大鼠来源的腹膜间皮细胞增殖,刺激腹膜间皮细胞VEGF分泌增多,加速组织工程的腹膜样组织血管化,这一结果为今后微囊泡促进组织工程组织
