2、lowfiberandcombiningwithlivingcellacceptorlocatedinsideofthehollowfiberlumen,couldbescreenedandfishedfrompH7.4phosphatebufferofTCMsextractionsolution·Subsequently,theactivecomponentsbindingtothecellweredesorbedbycertainsolventsorsolutionsforchemicalanalysis.Inthiswork,anovelmet
3、hodbasedonthehollowfibercellfishingwithhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HFCF-HPLC)hasbeendevelopedandintroducedforscreeningandanalyzingbioactivecomponents2roupoflignansinSchisandrachinensis(Turcz)BaillandcoumarinsinFructus@溯f.乃“ctusPsoraleae.Thesurfacepropertiesofhollowfiber
4、withcellwerecharacterized.thenonspecificbindingsbetweenactivecentersofhollowfiberandthecomponentswereinvestigated,andtherepeatabilitiesofthelignansandcoumannsbioactivecomponentsgroupsscreenedandanalyzedbyHFCF-HPLCweretested.Bycomparingtheretentiontimeswiththestandards,thesevera
5、lactivecomponentsstructuresoflignansandcoumarinsscreenedfromTCMswereidentified.IntheHFCF.HPLC,thesamplecleaning-upandactivityscreenmgwerecarriedoutsimultaneously,whichcouldavoidthecomplicatedprocessofsamplepurification·Thebioactivecomponentsgroupscreeningandseparatingprocesswer
6、eperformedseparately,whichcouldmeetrespectivelytheconditionsofdrug’screeningandchromatographicanalysing.TheresultsdemonstratedthatHFCF·HPLCisasimple,fast.effectiveandreliablemethodforscreeningandanalyzingbioactivecomponents,anditcanbeextendedtoscreenotherbioactivecomponentsgrou
