1、AbstractAbstractWiththedevelopmentofeconomicglobalizationandmarketcompetitioncontinuestointensify,thescaleoperationofeachconstructionenterprisebecomesmoreandmoreobvious,andmulti-projectbecomesacommonphenomenonintheconstructionenterprise.Underthemulti-projectenvironment,companiesoften

2、encounterconflictsofresourcesinavarietyofprojectsduetolimitedresource,howtoresolveresourceconflictsinmulti-projectenvironmenthasbecomeoneofthemostimportantissuestofacecurrentbusiness.HRasabusinessbutalsothemostimportantresourceinprojects,itssuccessisdirectlyrelatedtotherationalalloca

3、tionofmulti-projectmanagementgoals.Therefore,howtoconfigurethehumanresourcesofeachenterpriseinordertoachieveoptimalallocationofsharedresourcesisanimportantissuetoberesolvedcurrently.Inthispaper,wehavereadandanalyzedbothdomesticandabroadrelatedliteraturesoftheallocationofHRcarefully,a

4、ndanalyzedonthebasisofmulti-projectfortheconstructionofthisimportantaspectofhumanresourceallocationcarriedoutresearch.Firstly,weputforwardthemulti-projecthumanresourcesallocationresearchbackgroundoftheconstructionenterprise,whiletherelevanttheoreticalresultsdomesticandabroadwererecal

5、led,andwealsosummedscholars’proposedmulti-projectschedulingmethodsandhumanresourcesoptimizationalgorithm.Thenwecombinedwiththeactualsituationofconstructionenterprisesinthecourseofthestudyauthorsandnewdiscoveriesandnewideas,proposingsolutionstonewideasandmethodsofconstructionofmulti-p

6、rojectenvironmentunderthehumanresourceallocationproblem,theconfigurationkeyhumanresourcestothemostappropriateprojectstogetthemostoptimalallocationscheme,soastoimprovethequalityandoveralleffectivenessoftheprojectpurpose,multi-projectmanagementtoachievebusinessobjectives.Thecoreofthisp
