1、摘要微博客是一种允许用户通过手机短信、即时通讯软件、网站和外部API接口等多种渠道及时更新简短文本的互联网应用新技术，是继BBS论坛、IM即时通讯软件、SNS社交网络、博客之后集大成的网络社交服务。白2006年第一个微博客Twitter问世以来，短短5年间，微博客以简洁、迅速、互动、开放等特征引领了互联网应用的新潮流，极大地解放了大众的话语权，影响着公众的表达方式，推动了公民新闻的勃兴。本文正是将关注的焦点定位于微博客背景下公民新闻的传播，力图通过系统化的阐释和理论化的分析探究微博客的崛起对公民新闻发展的影响。本文
