1、合肥工业大学硕士学位论文工业企业上市公司竞争力评价研究姓名：罗俊燕申请学位级别：硕士专业：企业管理指导教师：骆正清201204工业企业上市公司竞争力评价研究摘要随着经济全球化的深入发展，我国企业面临的市场竞争也日趋激烈。目前，我国仍处于新型工业化的初级阶段，工业企业在国民经济中仍然占主导作用，为此研究工业企业竞争力，特别是关于工业企业上市公司的竞争力评价问题具有现实意义。本文较系统地阐述了企业竞争力的相关理论，并对有关学者的工业企业上市公司竞争力评价研究进行了梳理；初步设计了工业企业上市公司竞争力评价指标体系，然后根据调查问卷结果，对指标体系进行优

2、化；运用因子分析法和层次分析法求解出各评价指标的权重，结合各评价指标的评价标准，建立了新的工业企业上市公司竞争力评价模型。在工业企业上市公司竞争力评价模型的应用方面，本文以安徽省工业企业上市公司为研究对象，通过对该省十四家工业企业上市公司竞争力的评价，进一步分析发现，安徽省工业企业上市公司发展存在人力资源竞争力不强、财务状况有待改进、供产销协调能力有待提高、科技创新能力欠缺、社会贡献力度不够等问题，提出了实施人才战略、改善财务状况、提高供产销协调能力、推进科技创新、重视社会贡献等提升安徽省工业企业上市公司竞争力的对策和建议。关键词：工业企业上市公司
