2、arched.First,themathematicmodelsofthetwomethodsarecreatedbasedontheanalysisoftheprinciplesofX-raydiffraction,FluorescenceX-rayandthegeometrymodelofmicroball.Computeraidedmethodisusedtosolvethemodelbecauseofitscomplexity,andthecorrespondingsimulationsof
3、twareisimplemented.ForX-raydiffractionmethod,therelationshipbetweenintensityofdiffractedX-rayandcoatthicknessiscalculatedoutaccordingtothesimulationsoftwarewiththehelpofastandardsamplewhosethicknessisalreadyknown.Then,thecoatthicknessofothersamplescanb
4、ecalculatedoutbytheintensityofdiffractedX-rayaccordingtothecalculatedrelationship.ForfluorescenceX-raymethod,theintensitiesofeachelementchosenformbaseandcoatofmicroballarecalculated.TheejectionfactorsofthefluorescenceX-raysareconsidered,sonostandardsam
5、pleisneeded.ThecoatthicknessofanunknownsamplecanbecalculatedaccordingtoexperimentalresultsoftheintensityoffluorescenceX-rayandtheresultofthemodel.Theexperiment’sresultsshowthatthesetwomethodsareeffective,andtheyarefast,convenientandnon-destructive.Keyw
