7、目次内容”;用“本标准’,代替“本国际标准”。本标准代替GB/T16921-1997《金属覆盖层覆盖层厚度测量X射线光谱方法》?本标准与GB/T16921-1997相比主要变化如下:—在范围中增加了警告;—在术语和定义中增加了基体材料、基体金属和基体的定义,且将归一化强度(1997年版的2.本版的2.4)的数学符号定义为二.(1997年版为In),相应的数学关系式也随之改变;—在3.3.3能量色散中,将波长和能量的关系式进行了修正;—在原理中,将其内容进行了重新排列,增加了3.5.3比率方法和3.7数学反卷积的描
