1、河北大学硕士学位论文我国慈善事业发展研究姓名：张雪申请学位级别：硕士专业：政治经济学指导教师：程长羽2011-05摘要摘要随着市场经济的发展，贫富差距进一步拉大，慈善事业的发展逐步引起了社会的广泛关注，它的出现，给解决贫富差距问题开辟了一个新的视角，在一定程度上缓解了市场调节和政府调节中存在的问题。我国的慈善事业还处在起步阶段，虽然近年来也在逐步完善，如慈善捐赠形式多样，慈善组织的带动作用更加明显，企业的捐赠热情有所提高等，但在很多地方依然存在着不足，经常性的捐款较少，政府的行政干预过多等问题依然是慈善事业发展的绊脚石。而众所周知美国的慈善事业发展一直居于领先地

2、位，不管是从民众的参与热情，还是法律的规制，以及慈善基金会的发达程度等方面都有很多值得我国借鉴和参考的地方。本文从我国的慈善事业着手，分析我国慈善事业发展的现状，并借鉴美国慈善事业发展的经验，在此基础上提出适合我国慈善事业发展的对策和建议。各国的国情不同，我们不能盲目的照搬其他国家的做法，而是要结合我国的具体国情，分析我国慈善事业发展的独特资源。慈善事业的发展，不仅是经济领域的问题，更是文化、道德、法制、社会等多方面共同作用的结果，因此对慈善事业的研究要从多角度入手，分析个人、企业、社会、政府在其中的作用，找出适合我国国情的中国特色的慈善事业发展道路。关键词：慈
