2、了成本控制和ERP的定义、发展概况等一些基本概念，并通过对传统成本控制和ERP系统中的成本控制比较，论述了ERP成本控制的特点和优势，阐述了ERP成本控制的原理。文章主体从系统性和流程性两方面，对ERP系统中的成本控制进行详细论述。系统性主要从事前计划、事中控制、事后分析三方面着手；流程性从产品的设计、采购和库存、生产作业、成本核算和差异分析等方面具体展开，充分论证了企业运用ERP系统进行成本控制可以大大降低企业运营成本、提高生产效率，提升企业的竞争力。最后通过对A公司运用ERP系统进行成本控制的案例分析，从实践的角度证
