1、提要目的：通过观察分析护肠清毒微丸治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝病患者继发肠源性内毒素血症的临床疗效，为临床治疗本病提供安全有效、经济便捷、依从性高的治疗方法。方法：将215例慢性乙型病毒性肝病继发肠源性内毒素血症患者随机分为四组：口服中药组、口服护肠清毒微丸组、护肠清毒汤灌肠组、口服乳果糖组。中药组予常规综合治疗加用口服治疗慢乙肝的中药复方；护肠清毒微丸组为中药组加口服护肠清毒微丸；护肠清毒汤组为中药组+护肠清毒汤保留灌肠；乳果糖组为中药组加口服乳果糖。四组疗程均为20天。观察治疗前后血浆内毒素、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、肝功以及中医证候
