1、Abstract：AclinicalstudyofPCEAandPCIAOilpostoperativechildrenwithhypospadiasObjective：ToinvestigatethediffenceoftheeffectsbetweenPCEAandPCIAonpostoperativechildrenwithhypospadias，andprovidethebasisforthechoiceofpostoperativeanalgesiainurethroplasty．Methods：100pediatricpatientsf

2、orscheduledhypospadiassu唱erywererandomlydividedintotwogroupsincludingPCEAgroup(n=50)andPCIAgroup(n250)．ThedrugsforPCEAgroupwere0．1～O．2％ropivacaineandfentanyl，whichdoseswereO．15to0．2mg／kg·handO．1to0．2ug／kg·hinvidually．ThedrugforPCIAgroupwasFentanylanditsdosagewas0．42ug／kg·h．The
