4、tionale，methodologyandtechniques．ChapterTwoisapresentationoftheconceptaswellasessenceofhistoricbuilding．theauthorclarifiestheconnotationandcharacteristicsoftourismresogrcesintermsofhistoricbuilding，whichsetupasolidfoundationfortheevaluationsysteminthispaper．InChapterThree，theauthorascertainsthein

5、dexesinevaluationsystemwiththehelpofDelphiMethod．Moreover,throughAnalyticalHierarchyProcessandExcel2003software，theweightofthoseindexesiscalculatedtofurtherdeducethegradeinthisresearch．InChapterFour,takingthehistoricbuildinginGulouDistrictofFuzhouCityforexample，thethesisemploysthedesignedevaluati
