1、安檄医科大学硕士学位论文邓雪飞结论①成功建立了脑浅静脉系血流动力学物理模型。②脑浅静脉有害形态特征之一为脑浅静脉注入硬脑膜窦角度量600、直径耋2.0ranl并且未经脑膜静脉或流出口狭部注入,有害形态特征之二为脑浅静脉注入硬脑膜窦角度>600、直径---->2.0mill并且经脑膜静脉注入。此时,脑浅静脉系局部血管壁面剪切力显著降低,脑静脉血栓形成容易发生。⑧血栓好发部位位于距注入处10min范围内的注入处上游脑浅静脉管壁和注入处下游硬脑膜窦壁;相对于硬脑膜窦,血栓更易发生于脑浅静脉管壁。④随着脑浅静脉直径的增大,脑浅静脉系血管壁面
