3、animportantroleinmaintainingtheorderofproductionandlivingintheruralsocial,andadjustingthedistributionofcollectiveresources.Thevillageregulationandagreementreflectsthewillofthestate,andgivestheenoughdevelopmentspacetothevillagers'autonomy.Thereby,Itisbeneficialtoreducet
4、hecostofthegovernment'sgovernanceandpromotetheorderoftheruralsocial.TheperspectiveofvillagegovernancehasbeenappliedtothestudyinvillageregulationandagreementofChaoshanarea.Acomprehensiveresearchwascarriedoutinthisarticle,whichwasbasedonthetextcontentandpracticaloperatio
5、nofvillageregulationandagreement.Tobegin,thestatusandgeneralfeaturesofvillageregulationandagreementintheinstitutionalsystemofvillagegovernancewasanalyzed,whichwasaimedatelaboratingthefunctionofvillageregulationandagreementandissignificanceinruralgovernance.Next,through
6、theempiricalinvestigationofChaoshanarea,wehavefoundedtheproblemsexistinginthevillageregulationandagreement,aswellasthedeviationsinoperation,inordertoexploreitscauses.Finally,wetrytoproposecountermeasuresandsuggestionsforadjustmentofthevillageregulationandagreement.Thev
