2、A,thenanalyzedtheinfluenceofplasticizerOnperformanceofPVAfilm.Inthispaper,underthepremiseofmaintainingcertainmechanicsperformanceofPVAfilm,PVAfilmisstudiedafteraddingdifferentratios’TDIandglycerin,andtheinfluenceofdifferentratios’TDIandglycerinonmechanicalpropertiesisinves

3、tigated.Atthesametimeplasticizedmechanismofglycerinandcross—linkedmechanismofTDIindifferentsystemsisstudied.Astoglycerin,therearedifferentplasticizedmechanismsindifferentsystems,yetglycerinalwaysplasticizethesystemwhichcontainglycerin,Whenthecontentofotheringredientsinsyst

4、emareunvaried,withglycerinincreasing,tensilestrengthandtearingstrengthofPVAblowmoldingfilmreduce,butbrokenextendingrateincreases.Forexample(takethecrosswisedataasexample):whenPVAislkg,andTDIislml,thecontentofglycerinincreasefrom3009to4509,thetensilestrengthPVAblowmoldingfi

5、lmdeducefrom53.29MPato41。27MPa,thetearingstrengthofPVAblowmoldingfilmdeducefrom184.48MPato152.8MPa,andbrokenextendingrateofPVAincreasefrom291,35%to421.05%.AstoTDI,therearedifferentcross-linkedmechanismsindifferentsystems,yetitingeneralhascross—linkedperformance.Andwhenthec

6、ontentsofothersingredientsinsystemareunvaried,withthecontentofTDIincreasing,tensilestrengthandtearingstrengthofPVAblowmoldingfilmincreasefirst,Afterwardsitreduces;andbrokenextendingrateofblowmoldingfilmreducesfirst,afterwardsitincreases.Forexample:whenPVAcontentislkg,andgl
