2、it’Ssuitableforphotosensitiveresinoligomer.Inthispaper,HBEPhasbeensynthesizedbyprotontransferpolymerization,thestructure,solubility,photophysicalpropertiesandmodificationofHBEPhavebeenstudyed.Radical-cationhybridultraviolet(UV)curingwillincreasethepolymeriza
3、tionrate,decreasetheoxygeninhibitioneffect,andenhancethemechanicalperformanceofcuredfilmowingtotheexistingofdoublebondsandepoxygroups.Inthispaper,HBEAhasbeensynthesizedbyHBEPwhichhasbeenmodificatedbyacrylicacid,hasbothofthedoublebondandtheepoxygroupbycontrol
4、lingtherateofcharge.Duringthesynthesisprocess,theacidvalueofreactionsystemhasbeenmeasuredtomonitorthereactionprocess.Andthereactionconditionshavebeenoptimized,thephotophysicalproperties,thermalpropertiesandUVcuringperformanceofHBEAhavebeenevaluated.Theresult
5、sshowthattheoptimumconditionsofthesynthesisofHBEA:thereactiontemperatureis100℃,theamountofcatalystis0.6%.significantfactorinfluencingofsynthesisisreactiontemperature.UVcuringrateofHBEAisr印id,andthehybridcuredfilmhasgoodmechanicalproperties.UVcuringproductoft
6、raditionalepoxyacrylatehasgoodmechanicalandelectricalperformance,ithasvariousinsufficientsintheapplication.Inthispaper,HBEAhasbeenmodifiedbypolyurethaneprepolymertoimproveabradabilityandthermalperformanceofthecuredfilmbyintroducingthehydrogenbondingandincrea
7、singerosslinkingdensity.Inthispart,thestructure,molecularweightanditsdistribution,photophysicalproperties,andtheUVcuringperformanceofthefinalproduct(TMHBEA)havebeenstudied.TheresultsshowthatthesolubilityofTMHBEAdecrease,themolecularweightis9000andthedistribu
