3、guardofthedevelopment.Accordingtothis,thethesisanalyzesconcretelytheexperienceoftheregionalenvironmentallegislationoftheothercountriesandthepresentsituationandtheproblemsoftheenvironmentallegislationinchina,meanwhile,aroundthepurposeofthelegislation,thatis,torealizethesustainabledevelopmentofthewes
4、t,thethesisdesignspreliminarilytheenvironmentallegislationofthewestchina,whichmainlyincludestheguidingideologyandthebasicprinciplesthatshouldbefollowedinlegislation,thesystemsoflegislation,andsomequestionsthatshouldbepaidattentiontoinlegislation.Thethesisincludesfourparts:Fistpart,accordingtothepre
5、sentsituationoftheecologicalenvironmentofthewestchina,thethesisdiscussesthatthedevelopmentofthewestmustdependonthesustainabledevelopment.Secondpart,thethesisstatestherelationshipbetweenthesustainabledevelopmentandthelegislation,andshowsthatrealizingthesustainabledevelopmentneedstointensifythelegisl
