2、ncerningthevehiclesthattheyprefer,14.8%oftherespondentsexpressedthattheymainlyreliedoncabsfortrips,whichfurtherillustratedthesignificanceoftaxis.Unfortunately,however,alongwiththerisingdemandforthetaxiindustry,theserviceofferedhaswentthroughalmostlittleimprove
3、ment.Infact,hardlydoesthegovernmentwellsolveproblemslikeinsufficientsupplyofcabs,poorserviceoftaxidriversaswellasdeliberaterejectionoftaxidrivers.Ontheotherhand,inadditiontothecomplaintsofcustomersaboutunqualifiedservice,participantsthemselves,namely,taxidrive
4、rsarealsohavingahardtime,exposedtovariousconflictswithintheindustryresultingfromhighoperationalcost,unreasonablefares,soaringoilpriceandimpropercharges.Theseconflicts,accordingly,resultinthefrequentstrikesoftaxidriversarisinginvariouspartsofthecountry.Frommypo
