1、摘要摘要随着市场竟争的加剧和全球经济发展趋于一体化，企业集团不断发展壮大，成本优势在一个企业的竞争中起到了至关重要的作用。在当前科学技术与信息技术飞速发展的背景下，做为企业管理信息化的一项重要内容，ERP系统在企业管理中的地位与作用也越来越重要。信息化的发展使得企业管理的方法与手段不断推陈出新，传统的成本管理模式逐渐曝露出自身的不足。本文对目前全球应用最为广泛的ERP系统——SAP系统进行了专门的介绍，通过比较企业集团的特征与类型，从SAP系统成本管理模式的理论基础和我国企业集团成本管理模式的发展现状出发，总结了SAP环境下企业集团进行成本管理时值得注意和借鉴的问题，以期能够弥补当前企

2、业集团在SAP环境下成本管理研究领域的不足，并提供理论上和方法上的支持。本文对企业成本管理模式的进行了比较分析，探索并研究了在SAP环境下适合企业集团在我国进行成本管理的模式。本文从价值链管理和SAP的系统环境出发，详细阐述了新构建成本管理模式的成本计划与预算、成本核算、成本控制、成本分析、成本回顾与评价等基本职能；结合企业集团在我国成本管理模式现状以及存在问题，提出改进方案，构建了在SAP系统环境下，以标准成本核算为基础，结合供应链管理和产品的作业成本动因分析的成本管理模式。讨论了新构建成本管理模式的管理方法和制度建设。在对新模式进行评价分析的同时，指出了新模式在应用中应该注意的问题
