4、ionalinterestsintheprocessofTurkmenistanintheministryofforeigntradeandenergy,Turkmenistanhasstagedaseriesofrelatedoilandgasresourcescooperationanddevelopmentofpoliciesandlaws,tocontinuetooilandgasresourcesexportindustryasanationalbackboneindustry,vigorouslydevelo
5、penergyexportindustry.Effortstodevelopinordertoensuretheexportofenergy,Turkmenistanandothercountriesfriendlyrelations,ininternationalaffairstoremainneutralattitude.Countriescurrentlyinexportstrategyofoilandgasresources,soilformedbynaturalgasandotherenergyexportsa
6、sthemainpatternofinternationalrelations.Intheexportofenergysuchasgasoilandgasarea,formedtheseeRussia(accountedfor84%ofitsexports)toensurethesmoothimplementationoftheexportofTurkmenistanenergypolicypriority;StrengthenthecontactandtheEuropeanUnioncountries,inordert
7、oensurenationalenergysecurity;DevelopmentofoilandgascooperationwiththeUnitedStatestobecautious,toavoidthemonopoly;Increaseinemergingmarkets,particularlyChina,thehugemarketofmining.Inadditiontotheexporttradeofoilandgasresources,theoilandgasresourcescooperation,als
8、oappearedalotofoilandgasresourcesdevelopmentinrecentyearstheinternationalcooperation,namely,theforeigncapitalintothecooperativedevelopmentofoilandgasresources.
