3、arerMeasuresontheQualificationofManagingtheshipmanningagreementtobeagreedbyservice.Asaresult,disputesfrequentlyarise.ForeignLabourCollaborationpromulgatedtheFCLSCandtheforeignshipowner.Thisarticle,therefore,combinesthejudicialbyboththeMinistryofCommerceandtheSeafareroutpu
