1、内容摘要20世纪90年代，随着计算机的普及和互联网的广泛应用，网络政治参与开始引起政治学者的关注。从目前国内外对于网络政治参与的研究来看，国外的研究主要关注网络政治参与对于政治民主化等相关问题的影响，而国内相关研究尚处于初始阶段，理论框架的构建有待完善。全文从结构主义的研究视角，采用静态与动态分析相结合的方法，不仅着眼于分析网络政治参与的基本框架，而且着力通过典型案例对网络政治参与的过程进行结构性分析，试图说明不同角色的网民对推动网络政治参与进程造成的影响。全文总体分为五部分。第一章主要介绍政治参与的相关理论、政治参与的

2、主要形式和制约因素，以及网络政治参与的含义和特点。第二章主要介绍新时期中国网络政治参与的现状，分析造成的积极影响和存在问题。第三章主要分析网络政治参与的主体结构，包括个体和团体。其中网络政治参与个体又可分为网络政治精英、积极参与者、普通参与者，网络政治参与团体主要指网络社团。第四章主要分析网络政治参与的客体结构，分别从网络政治参与手段和网络政治信息进行分析。第五章主要分析网络政治参与的过程结构。主要包括：网络政治事件的发端、网络政治参与力量的汇集、网络政治参与行为的消退。作为结语，本文认为网络政治参与的影响虽然在不断扩大
