2、物资管理手段，它是以专业化为前提、技术化为保证、数据化为标准、信息化为手段，以实现煤炭企业节能、降耗、减污、增效的有机统一为目标，最终为煤炭企业带来显著的经济效益和社会效益。论文首先介绍了精细化管理理论和煤炭企业物资管理的特点，并结合煤炭企业传统物资管理的特点，从物资计划管理、物资采购管理、物资使用管理及物资仓储管理等环节分析煤炭企业在实施物资精细化的过程中可能出现的问题，从而引出了煤炭企业实施物资精细化管理的措施。措施中除了包括上述四个环节，还加入了加强物资成本控制和加强信息化建设两项。最后，论文结合龙煤集团鸡西分公司物资精细化管理的案例，说明了
