1、摘要医药连锁零售是我国近十年才发展起来的医药经营模式，是一个年轻的行业。随着我国入世后过渡期的结束，国内零售市场的全面放开，医药零售的竞争加剧。企业之间的竞争不再只是局限在单个的企业之间，而是整个供应链的竞争。对于连锁经营来说，采购是其经营的首要环节。本次研究，以理论结合实践的思路，对如何优化医药连锁零售企业的采购管理进行了研究。论文首先分析了目前国内医药连锁经营的状况，采购管理的地位和作用，医药连锁零售采购管理特点。然后，分析了国内医药连锁经营存在的问题。接着，从供应链管理的角度，提出在采购的模式、供应商关系管理、药品采
2、购的价格和采购成本、采购系统信息化管理、商品分析等几个方面对医药连锁零售企业的采购管理进行优化。同时介绍了医药连锁零售采购管理的发展趋势。在分析整个行业的采购管理情况后，文章选取了国内医药连锁零售企业的先锋——中国海王星辰连锁药店有限公司，介绍其企业的发展状况，对其采购管理存在的如组织结构的不经济、采购职责的定位、商品管理、库存管理等几方面问题进行分析，同时提出了优化的方法。关键词：医药连锁零售采购管理IAbstractPharmaceuticalretailingisayoungindustryinChina.Ast
