1、年产11万吨啤酒工厂的初步设计年产11万吨啤酒工厂的初步设计摘要随着人们生活水平的提高,饮食结构的不断变化,人们对啤酒的需求量也越来越高。本设计顺应了近几年来啤酒工业飞速发展的需求,同时使原料得到充分的利用,最大限度的节约了能源,提高了设备的利用率。本设计是年产11万吨啤酒工厂的初步设计,酿造的是12度普通淡色啤酒。整个设计包括,厂址的选择及平面的初步设计;原料的选购,本设计采用的是优质大麦和大米;啤酒生产工艺流程的选择与论证,如糖化采用复式一次煮沸法;全厂的物料衡算;发酵车间的热量蘅算(蒸汽耗量的计算);无菌空气耗量的计算;用水量的计算;
