1、49年产6吨三聚氰胺工厂设计摘要三聚氰胺是一种用途十分广泛的有机化工产品。三聚氰胺可以由尿素在高温下分解成异氰酸,异氰酸进一步气相聚合成得到。三聚氰胺是一种重要的氮杂环有机化工原料,是尿素的深加工产品,主要用于生产三聚氰胺—甲醛树脂,广泛用于木材加工、塑料、涂料、造纸、纺织、皮革、电气、医药等行业,目前是重要的尿素后加工产品。此外三聚氰胺还可以作阻燃剂、减水剂、甲醛清洁剂等。三聚氰胺生产方法有双氰胺法和尿素法。由于以尿素为原料的生产路线的各项技术经济指标远远好于双氰胺为原料的工艺路线,双氰胺法已逐步被淘汰,尿素法是今后发展方向。对于把三聚氰胺作为尿
2、素的下游产品进行开发的项目,它有着得天独厚的条件。临近尿素生产装置,能向三聚氰胺装置可靠地提供熔融尿素原料,又能将三聚氰胺装置的副产品甲胺液返回到尿素装置再生产尿素。本设计是年产6万吨三聚氰胺工厂设计,主要进行了工艺计算、设备选型,并绘制了全厂平面布置图、工艺流程图、设备装备图、生产车间的立面图和平面图。关键词:三聚氰胺,尿素,氨,二氧化碳,设备选型49TheFactoryofMelamineWhoseOutputis60,000TonsPerYearABSTRACT Melamineisanorganicchemicalproductofvery
