1、分学孝卞斜技大浮学口——密缎——硕士学位论文银行排队管理系统的研究与实现学位申请人：谢沛勤学科专业：软件工程指导教师：武剑洁答辩日期：2005．IO．29华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要常规的排队产品以通用产品作为设计方向，却冈为没有深入研究号类行业新特点，无法完全适心银行排队管理需求。针对通用产品的不足，本课题结合银行管理新动向，顺应银行网络化、信息化趋势，研究了银行专用型排队系统。通过深入分析标准排队机的系统结构及排队产品的分类特点，论文结合银行机构、网络、设备及管理功能等实际情况，采用分布式的系统设计构架。以优先服务、渠道分流、扁平化管理作为理论撼础，探讨标准排队机扩展功能，并设计一种新的排

2、队处理方法．该法按客户分类和业务类别列队，依照渠道类别、叫弓方式、优先服务进行排队调度，从而把银行、Ik务流程溶入到排队方法中。依据分布式特点，研究了Socket网络编程方法，讨论了Socket服务器的设计模型，阐述了Unix多进程服务器、Java多线程服务器和c样异步网络流服务器设计，描述了通过数据接口设计实现服务功能的方法。在以上理论研究的基础上，以银行自行开发为假定，实现了一个排队原型系统。实践表明，沦文的研究成果和文中所描述的设计思路和实现方法是合理的、可行的，对于专用排队产品开发具有一定的参考价值。关键词：排队管理系统银行排队方法数据服务器分布式架构华中科技大学硕士学位论文Abstr
