2、l—timequantitativePolymeraseChainReaction)检测ipol3、c—kit、bcl一2和baxmRNA的表达；免疫组织化学S-P法检测ipol3、CDl46、bcl一2和bax蛋白的表达。结果无论在月经周期的增生期或分泌期，EP中ipol3、c—kit、CDl46和baxmRNA和(或)蛋白的表达均低于同期别正常子宫内膜组织，两组表达差异显著，有统计学意义(P
