2、才降至全国人口的一半以内，但是我国要实现工业化、现代化，实现由二元经济向一元经济的转换，农村劳动力人口仍然需要继续向其他产业转移。因此继续努力推进农村劳动力的彻底转移对我国经济发展和建立社会主义和谐社会具有重大的意义。本文选取山西省临猗县进行调研分析，采用实地访谈了解改革开放农村剩余劳动力转移的历史进程，分三个年代从转移背景、转移方式、转移特征和转移障碍这几个方面进行纵向分析，结合每个时间段的具体案例和访谈资料进行补充。通过实地入户调研，描述临猗县现阶段农村劳动力转移的特点，分析临猗县农村劳动力所处的阶段，并得出临猗县农
